Rugelach is delicious no matter what holiday it is! We suggest you sweeten up your Thanksgiving with this delicious treat. Chocolate Rugelach What You Need: For the Cream Cheese Dough 1 package of cream cheese (8 ounce) 2 sticks unsalted butter, cold and cubed 2½ cups flour ½ teaspoon salt What You Need: For the Chocolate Filling 1 tablespoon cinnamon ½ cup sugar 6 ounce bittersweet chocolate, small pieces or shavings 4 tablespoons butter, melted What You Do Remove dough from refrigerator and cut into 4 pieces. Whether you prefer it sweet or savory you can’t go wrong with a festive sweet potato kugel for this Thanksgiving! Sweet Potato Kugel What You Need 3½ lbs sweet potatoes (roughly 4 large sweet potatoes) 2 large onions, diced 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil ½ cup scallions, minced 5 eggs ½ cup matzah meal (or flour if not during Passover) ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted and cooled 2 teaspoons salt ½ teaspoon pepper What You Do Preheat oven to 400°.
